Frequently asked questions

We’ve Got Answers, Honey.

At Beeline Home Concierge, we want our customers to have complete clarity and confidence. We highly value your trust in us to come into your home and to take care of the place you hold so dear to your heart. With that in mind, we’ve taken the time to hopefully answer a few of the questions that you might be considering.

Aside from being the world’s most important pollinator, bees are incredibly efficient. Each bee has a job, and if they don’t do their job, well, the Queen Bee (the lawyers, see Bee Smart) “fire” them. A worker bee finds the most efficient and effective way to complete their task. We strive to be the same, pun intended.

A Concierge is your guide to the city. Yes, but more than that they are a resource for your home. The difference between a Concierge and a Handyman is that a Concierge will take care of whatever your home needs. With a handyman, you are limited to that individual’s unique skill set.

Question to Concierge: Can you replace my front door?

Concierge: Yes, we can take care of that.

Handyman: Sure.

Question to Concierge: I need a new roof, can you help?

Concierge: Yes, we can take care of that.

Handyman: I don’t do that.

Question to Concierge: I need my house cleaned, can you help?

Concierge: Yes, we can take care of that.

Handyman: Yeah, no.

Question to Concierge: Can you provide recommendations for a special dinner tonight?

Concierge: Texas barbeque is always a lovely choice, especially when followed by a digestif.

Handyman: @#$#$#$

We’re really good at our jobs, but sometimes a specialist is required. We follow the State of Texas regulations for licensing, and so for certain repairs, we partner with vetted service providers who share our vision for exceptional client service. Your Concierge will be upfront with you when a specialist is required and is happy to coordinate with the partner service provider. Clients are under no obligation to utilize our partner service providers.

We are not compensated by our partners but instead ask that they pass any savings along to our Clients. Clients are billed directly by our partner service providers.

Our Concierge service is structured to be budget friendly, so we bill monthly through our integrated payment system. Each Concierge visit is an upfront investment of time that will be billed over the quarter, which is why we require a non-cancelable annual contract. Otherwise, our worker bees can’t afford to buy honey.

Handyman repair services and materials are billed at completion of the project or repair. In some cases, deposits may be required for larger projects.

Yes, the Queen Bee (the lawyers) made us. Kidding aside, we want to protect you and your home as much as we do our worker bees.

“Peace of Mind”

Beeline was a call I made on a whim and I’m so glad I did. They’ve made me just have a peace mind when dealing with my home. Life is busy and I need someone else to worry about the details.

Shona Jones

“Make sure”

My grandmother is a widow now so Beeline was much-needed for us to make sure that she had those little home maintenance details taken care of. We sleep better knowing she’s sleeping in a safe and sound home.
